Actions taken: Reviewed. No conflict identified.

Minutes from November and December 2024 Meetings: Read as true and correct. Moved - Shar. Seconded - Nik. Carried / passed.

Matters Arising:

• Jim is absent for another week.  Len filling in.
• Property meeting - library build starting in August. 
• All drainage issues looking at being fixed at the same time.
• Lindsey Construction company offering to help with property projects.
• Quote received for Music Room.  Greg to get another quote.
• 6 x advertising signs being installed down by the pool.
• Sports uniforms being ordered.
• Sensory Garden - Nik and Kathy to confirm design for Bunnings.
• Helpers of the school list - Anna to send staff emails to Geva.

• Assessment data from Term 4, 2024.  Low writing and comprehension in current Year 6’s.  TA’s trained in toe-by-toe. Look at what support is needed once class is established.
