Governance Report:
Currently in a good financial position. Property Maintenance slightly higher. Reserves available.
Minutes from Last Meeting: Read as true and correct. Moved - Nik / Courtney.
Matters Arising:
- Council drains being worked on.
- Waiting on funding from MoE for top carpark - storm damaged.
- Still waiting for funding from MoE to repair leak in girls toilets.
- School house getting brand new heat pump - old heat pump wrong size.
- Goal post on field still up. Bruce to investigate.
- School chickens are laying eggs now. Community member Hugh looking at doing green swap.
- Security company know they cannot get in roof due to asbestos. MoE notified. Awaiting decision.
- Keeping cabin for another term. Looking at turning resource room into working area for Kathy.

Financial Report:
- Sighted and discussed with Anita from Education Services.
Property Report:
- No response from plumbers - very busy. Tam to get in touch with Wilson’s Plumbing to inspect water pumps.
- School house ready for painting. Not started due to wet weather.
- Anna to look at thermal imaging / mould detection for office area smell.
Staff: Unit holders reports:
- Science kits successful - keep using.
- Retaining wall and veggie garden - Bunnings will supply timber for free. Need to source larger posts. Needs drainage. School to buy drainage. Construction - could make it a working bee.
- Special Needs: A.B. and M.J. leaving next year. Will lose two Teacher Aide’s.
